Here is a delicious way to add an extra touch to your crabs, crab legs or scissors if they are already cooked or raw - with hot steam beer!
A red beer "red" is the best for this recipe; This gives a depth of flavor without being too intrusive.
Scissors are increasingly available in markets. As an American crab blue crab products are sustainably grown and beautiful sweet crab flavor. Use this recipe for each crab, however.
If it is not already, read a little each leg break or claws before cooking so that the flavor can inside.
This recipe is good for up to 3 pounds of crab. Double or triple the recipe if you do more.

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of amber beer (preferably flat)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tbsp fish seasoning (such as Old Bay)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2-3 pounds of crab claws, crab legs or whole crabs
Preparation:
In a large terrace, bring beer, sugar, fresh seafood spices, vinegar, spices to the pan and cook over medium heat. Add prawns and mix well. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes (10-15 for raw crabs), stirring a few times. Remove the shrimp and serve hot, sprinkled with a little sea fruits extra spice, if desired.
