Labor Day is approaching, and it's time for one last summer party. Two things that come to mind seasonal, tomatoes are - there is always a lot of them - and barbecue.
Another thing, I think, is the way to ensure that I do not spend all my time on the grill or in the kitchen, so I spend time with my guests.
For large or heavy snacks for meetings Labor Day Starters (heck, almost every meeting, actually) my tuna and tomato bruschetta is.
The main component of the shell, tuna and marinated tomatoes, you can set a few hours before your guests arrive, and the other component, toast, only takes a minute. To serve quick mounting plate, and something delicious and get involved.
Since the tuna in this recipe is served raw (the small amount of acid in the lemon juice is used, is not enough as ceviche cooking), it is very important to buy the freshest possible, and a seller of fish or confidence in the market.
Tell the person behind the counter what was going to use the tuna - it makes a difference. You can change the word "sashimi", which uses the raw tuna as Tuna Sashimi refers to exploit themselves.
Keep the packed tuna on the market when you come home, and get cool immediately; used the tuna within 24 hours of purchase for safe storage.
If you cut your tuna bruschetta, make sure the knife and cutting board are spotlessly clean, and be sure to disinfect after use to.
Preparation
Tuna and tomato method

Toast method
While tomatoes are cooling, grill over medium heat and cut halve the baguette lengthwise. Oil on brush-cut and side for about 2-3 minutes down cut place one side, or until golden brown. Remove from grill and cut each half into 2-inch pieces.
Place the toast on a plate and spread with tomato mixture tuna.
Note:
If you can not "grill outside because the weather is bad to do this, like the off-season, or if you do not have a grill, you can get a good toasted baguette on the grill of the oven.
In the same manner as in the recipe - - how to turn the French Bread Slice the tables of the blast furnace. Place bread, cut side and brushed with olive oil on a baking sheet about six inches below the grill.
Do not blink and not removed. The check will happen soon, so you in a minute. Every 30 seconds or so after that, until bread is golden and warm
Makes about 16 pieces.

I can do?
My Tuna and Tomato Bruschetta is a great appetizer to start a meal or a great appetizer for parties.
For an appetizer, serve two or three in a bed of arugula lightly tossed in a simple vinaigrette, or just like to eat out of your hand.
For an appetizer, bruschetta on a plate and serve the customers in one or both enjoy.
A crisp white wine would go well with this dish, maybe a steel fermented Chardonnay (we love it, Chatham Vineyards are on the east coast of Virginia), or perhaps a Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc.
Similarly, a light beer would be as Pils linking a large tuna and tomato bruschetta.
