This is a traditional recipe yellow, as Hamachi, glazed with teriyaki sauce made the old-fashioned way. Modern Teriyaki are often too sweet, and then you have to caramelize sugar to the sauce too disgusting. Mirin need not worry, because there are in most supermarkets available. This is a very simple recipe that takes very little time to prepare - and you can use other fish. I recommend the tuna, swordfish, mackerel, striped bass, bluefish, catfish and cobia.
